The provision is good
The childminder is passionate about the work that she does with children, who are happy and secure in her care. She provides reassurance and encouragement when needed. This helps children to feel valued and arouses their curiosity to learn. They concentrate well during planned activities. For instance, older children successfully use tongs to pick up coloured bears and place them in the corresponding cups. The childminder successfully adapts activities to enable younger children to take part. For example, younger children have fun using their fingers to pick up the bears and placing these into plastic cups.
