Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Following the inspection, we served a welfare requirements notice on 8 September 2023. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

Summary of outcome
On 19 September 2023, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions, raised at their last inspection. We found that the provider had retrained staff in child protection procedures. This ensures that they know what to do if they are concerned about the conduct of a colleague. Staff deployment had been improved. This means that staff who work with children know them well and are able to meet their individual needs. The provider had strengthened staff induction, training and supervision. Staff are now supported to develop a secure understanding of health and safety procedures and know how to implement these. Risk assessment procedures have been reviewed and updated. Staff have been retrained in the risk assessment policies. They can now identify and minimise any potential risks to children, which helps to keep children safe. The provider had also ensured that staff working
