Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

n ensure staff undertake appropriate training and professional development opportunities to support them to offer quality learning and development experiences for children that continually improves. On 8 September 2023, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last inspection. We found that the provider had reviewed and revised their risk assessments. Leaders have discussed the risk assessments with all staff to ensure they are now aware of how these should be used to inform their practice. Furthermore, leaders have improved the induction process to ensure staff understand risk assessments from the start. The provider has ensured that the premises have been risk assessed and hazards removed or minimised. This helps to keep children safe. The provider has adapted the outdoor area to ensure that

staff are effectively deployed and children are well supervised at all times. The outdoor area has also been cleared of all broken and discarded resources to remove any risk to children. The provider has ensured that staff training and professional development supports them to improve the outcomes for children. For example, all staff have received training on how to support and manage children's behaviour appropriately. Staff are now coached by leaders on how to meet children's needs. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised.
