Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome

The provider has arranged additional training to enable staff to further ensure effective supervision of children at drop offs and collection times. The procedures regarding the security of the building and management of internal and external entry points have been carefully considered and improved. There are additional opportunities for staff to refresh their knowledge of policies and procedures that promote children safety through routine staff meetings and room discussions. These discussions have increased staff's understanding of how to meet the children's individual needs and to promote their safety.

However, despite these measures, we found that the provider was still not meeting some of the requirements. We have issued actions for the provider to take.
