On 17 August 2023, we carried out a regulatory telephone call with the provider. We found that the provider was not meeting one of the requirements of the early years foundation stage. We found that the provider had failed to notify Ofsted of a significant change which is a requirement of their registration. The provider is now fully aware of the types of events that must be notified to Ofsted and how to report them.
