Summary of outcome
On 26 May 2023, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions and/or learning and development actions, raised at their last inspection. We found that the provider had improved their knowledge of safeguarding procedures. They were also able to describe suitable procedures to manage children's behaviour, make drinking water available and change nappies in a hygienic manner.

Summary of outcome
However, improvements to the quality of education were not effective enough to meet requirements. Additionally, Ofsted is concerned that the provider has had three consecutive inadequate inspections and is unable to sustain improvements made in-between inspections. We took steps to cancel the provider's registration. The provider did not appeal to an independent external tribunal, the Health, Education and Social Care First-tier Tribunal. The provider's registration is therefore cancelled.
