Summary of outcome
On 2 August 2023, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions, raised at their last inspection. We found that the provider has taken action to address the actions raised at inspection. This is because the provider is directly supervising and monitoring the quality of the care and education. They support staff to plan and conduct suitable activities that meet the needs of the children attending. Children's behaviour is being managed through positive reinforcement. Staff think about the age and developmental stage of each child and use praise and reassurance to introduce simple rules. Only staff with completed checks are working at the setting. The provider has taken over the role of the key person to ensure that children's emotional well-being is consistently met throughout their time at the provision.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
