Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
Between 11 August 2021 and 10 July 2023, the provider notified us of three accidents, resulting in injuries to children, two incidents where children have suffered convulsions and an isolated incident relating to a sleeping child being unsupervised. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.

Summary of outcome
On 20 July 2023, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found that, although there is no indication that the premises are a cause for children being ill, the provider has been proactive and has taken appropriate actions in relation to the notified incidents. For example, the provide has updated their accident and injury procedure. In addition, the leadership team now also shares risk assessments with parents in order to be transparent. The provider has introduced serious injury forms in the event that a child needs hospital treatment. Air conditioning and fans ensure that the building is always maintained at a comfortable temperature. In addition, a new ear thermometer has been purchased in order to obtain more accurate readings of children's temperature. The area where children sleep has been changed and children are never left unsupervised while sleeping.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We are satisfied with the action taken by the provider.
