Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 5 June 2023, we carried out an inspection and found the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. The overall effectiveness of the provision was judged to be inadequate. The inspection report sets out the actions the provider was required to take to meet the requirements.

Summary of outcome
On 3 July 2023 the provider responded to the actions set. On 5 July 2023, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last inspection.

Summary of outcome
At the visit on 5 July 2023, we found that the provider had not fully met the actions set in the welfare requirements notice. We served another welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out.

Summary of outcome
On 20 July 2023 we carried out a further regulatory visit. We found that the provider has responded to the actions set. The provider has improved the deployment of staff, particularly at busy times of the day. This helps to ensure that staff are available to meet the individual care and learning needs of children as they arrive at the nursery. Babies are now in the care of appropriately qualified staff. Staff have completed training to update their safeguarding knowledge, including those with lead responsibility for safeguarding. The provider has arranged initial and ongoing training and support for staff to help improve their teaching skills and curriculum knowledge. This includes methods to manage children's behaviour. Staff implement effective risk assessments, inside and outdoors, to help maintain children's safety. Incidents of unwanted behaviour have diminished. Staff have improved their support for children's good health and hygiene. They wipe children's noses more
