Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 7 July 2023, we carried out an inspection and found the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. The report and inspection outcome will be published in due course. Following the inspection, we served a welfare requirements notice on 10 July 2023. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

Summary of outcome
On 14 July 2023, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions due by the 10 July 2023, raised at their last inspection.
p.1
Summary of outcome
At this visit we found that the provider had improved their risk assessments within the home and for outings. She has developed her processes to ensure children are well supervised at all times. For example, the provider has reviewed how she transports children between her home and vehicle, and completes checks of all areas before children can access them. In addition, she has worked with parents to gain a better understanding of children's care routines, to enable her to meet children's individual needs.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised.
p.2
