Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 2 March 2023, we carried out an inspection and found the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. The overall effectiveness of the provision was judged to be inadequate. The inspection report sets out the actions the provider was required to take to meet the requirements.

On 28 March 2023, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions and/or learning and development actions, raised at their last inspection.

p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider has reviewed the procedures for managing children who have allergies or dietary needs. The organisation of mealtimes has improved and staff now supervise children effectively. The process is still relatively new to both staff and children. However, staff have improved their understanding of how to protect children who have food allergies and keep them safe. The provider has gone through the policies and procedures with staff, including the administration of medication. Staff demonstrate they understand the process in place, to acquire prior written consent before any medication is administered to children. Key persons now know who their key children are and understand the needs of the children in their care. The provider has organised training and is working with the local authority to support the staff team to improve their understanding of how children learn. The provider has begun the
