Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1
Summary of outcome
The report and inspection outcome will be published in due course. Following the inspection we served a welfare requirements notice on 6 June 2023. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.2
Summary of outcome
On 19 June 2023, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last inspection.
p.2
Summary of outcome
We found that the childminder has reduced the number of children in her care. She has reorganised the transport arrangements and some children's hours of attendance. This has considerably reduced both the time children spend in the car and the time that the childminder works alone. We also found that both the childminder and her assistant had updated their knowledge of current safety guidance in relation to car seats. The childminder has purchased three new car seats and relevant checks are completed to help to ensure children are transported safely. At the visit we found that a satisfactory daily record of the names of children being cared for on the premises and their hours of attendance is maintained.
p.2
Summary of outcome
Since the inspection, both the childminder and her assistant have both completed relevant training. This has increased their knowledge and understanding of positive behaviour management strategies, these are now used to ensure that incidents of unwanted behaviour are managed appropriately. They have also accessed online courses and relevant webinars to extend their knowledge and understanding and improve the quality of the care and education provided. The childminder also demonstrated a very good awareness of risks to young children, including food choking hazards and the steps she now takes to minimise these risks.
p.3
Summary of outcome
We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
p.3
