Summary of outcome
On 26 June 2023, the provider the provider responded to the action set. We found that the provider had attended appropriate training to secure knowledge of robust procedures for the safe recruitment of staff. Relevant policies and procedures had subsequently been amended to reflect the actions that must be taken in relation to obtaining appropriate checks. The updated procedures were shared with the management committee to ensure arrangements for vetting are understood by all.
