Summary of outcome
On 5 June 2023, we carried out a regulatory visit to monitor these actions. We found that the provider had reviewed their risk assessments for supporting children with their personal care routines and ensured assistants who carry this out are suitable to do this. The provider had also reviewed how children are supervised and that assistants responsible for this are suitable. The provider has ensured that a first aid box with appropriate equipment is taken on outings with the children. The provider has reviewed the system they use for recording children's attendance to ensure the hours that children attend is recorded accurately. The provider has let Ofsted know about changes to the provision including persons working with children. The provider had also improved their knowledge of incidents and notifiable events to Ofsted and the timeframe in which to do this in.
