Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right. On 4 July 2019 we carried out an inspection and found that the provider was not meeting all of the requirements for the Early Years Register and the General Childcare Register. The provider was not meeting the Safeguarding and Welfare requirements in relation to Safeguarding Practice, Risk assessment, General Suitability Matters and Food and Drink. A Welfare Requirements Notice was issued that required the provider to make improvements by 1 August 2019. We attempted to carry out a monitoring visit on 2 August 2019. The provider was also issued with a notice to improve in relation to Education

Summary of outcome
Programmes and Procedures for dealing with complaints. We carried out an unannounced visit on 2 September to look at whether the childminder was meeting the requirements for the compulsory and voluntary parts of the Childcare Register. At the time of the visit we found that the premises were suitable, safe and secure. The provider identified some suitable strategies for managing young children's behaviour. However, we found the provider is not meeting all the General Childcare Register requirements and we have issued a notice of action to improve that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
