Summary of outcome
On the 12 May 2023 we carried out a regulatory monitoring visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had taken measures to meet the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last inspection. We found that the provider had improved their knowledge and understanding of safeguarding procedures and has appropriate risk assessments in place. They have a clear procedure for the safe administration and recording of medication to children. They carry out effective nappy changing procedures which are hygienic and safe. They understand the importance of obtaining relevant information about all children in their care and now have this in place. They have met with other settings to ensure there is a two-way flow of information to ensure the needs of children are met.
