Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 22 March 2023, we carried out an inspection and found the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. Following the inspection we served a welfare requirements notice on 30 March 2023. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

Summary of outcome
On 11 April 2023, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised in the welfare requirements notice. We found that the provider had not addressed all of the actions raised in the welfare requirements notice. The provider had records, such as a current valid paediatric first-aid certificate, available and had provided Ofsted with the required information regarding new assistants so that suitability checks could be started. However, the assistants were found to be working directly with children and having unsupervised contact without their suitability being cleared. Additionally, other actions raised had not yet been satisfactorily addressed. As a result, a further welfare requirements notice was served on 3 May 2023. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information
