Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 20 March 2023, the provider notified us of a significant incident. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of any significant event which is likely to affect the suitability of any person who is in regular contact with children on the premises where childcare is provided.

Summary of outcome
On 2 May 2023, we carried out another regulatory visit. We found the provider has complied with the suspension notice and has not cared for any children while suspended. We also found that the provider has complied with the actions needed. They have ensured that confidential information and records about staff and children are now held securely on the premises. The provider has also ensured that the premises is fit for purpose and is suitable. We have extended the suspension for a further six-week period, from 2 May 2023 to midnight on 12 June 2023. In addition, we are taking steps to cancel the provider's registration. The provider has a right to object to our intention to take this step. The provider did not object to our intention to cancel their registration but chose to resign their childminder registration before the cancellation was actioned. The provider is no longer registered with Ofsted.
