Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 5 May 2023, the provider notified us that a child was given food that they are allergic to. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of significant events.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 17 May 2023, we carried out a regulatory telephone call. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. In respect of some of these requirements they had already taken action to put this right, re-iterating their policies to all staff. In respect of other requirements, we have served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.
p.1
Summary of outcome
n ensure the deployment of staff meets the needs of children, so that their health, safety and emotional wellbeing are always supported.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 26 May 2023, we carried out a regulatory visit. The purpose of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare action raised following the previous regulatory telephone call.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We found that leaders have implemented new procedures for the effective deployment of staff. As a result, children are now cared for by staff that know them well and who can consistently meet their individual needs.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
