Summary of outcome
On 22 May 2023, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions, raised at their last inspection.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We found that the provider has improved staff's knowledge and understanding of child protection procedure, and they now fully understand their responsibilities to report any concerns. Staff have undertaken paediatric first aid training and new procedures are in place for outings. This means staff are now adequately trained to manage any injuries to children. The provider has implemented appropriate arrangements to support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities. This means staff create an appropriate curriculum that meets the learning needs of all children. The provider has revised staffing arrangements. Furthermore, the provider has ensured that all staff receive training that specifically addresses the care of babies. This means that there are adequately qualified and trained staff available to work directly with the children. The provider has placed a strong emphasis on revising the induction procedures and ensuring all staff receive adequate training support
