Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 25 April 2023, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the welfare requirements notice set. We found that the provider had taken appropriate steps to keep children safe. Staff understood the importance of completing regular headcounts, especially when taking children outside into the garden and back into the nursery. The provider has ensured that all staff understand their role and responsibilities. They have completed additional training and attended regular supervisions to help increase their knowledge of how to keep children safe. The provider has improved risk assessment procedures to ensure that all possible hazards are identified and minimised to help keep all children safe. We are satisfied the provider has met the welfare requirements notice. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
