This provision does not meet requirements
n The childminder does not ensure that she meets all statutory requirements. She does not understand how to identify and minimise risks to any children that she may care for. For example, she has not identified several hazards in the home, including trailing leads, cleaning solutions and sprays that are not stored safely. n The childminder recognises the signs and symptoms that may indicate a child is at risk of harm or neglect. She knows how to report any concerns about their well-being. However, she does not understand the correct procedure to follow should an allegation be made against her or another household member. n The childminder does not check that appropriate fire detection and control equipment is in place or in working order, as required. In addition, she has allowed her paediatric first-aid training to lapse. This means she does not have an up-to-date understanding of how to respond to a medical emergency.

She understands how to work with other professionals and to ensure that her service is inclusive to meet children's individual needs.
p.2
This provision does not meet requirements
There were no children in the early years age range present when this inspection took place. The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with those who care for the children and an inspection of the premises, equipment and relevant documentation. Where there are no early years children present, no judgement is made on the quality of the early years provision as there is no reliable evidence on which to assess its impact on children. The report states whether the provider continues to meet the requirements of registration.
