Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 10 February 2023, the provider notified us of a significant event. However, the notification was not made within the required timescale. The delayed notification means that the provider did not meet met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of the significant event.

Summary of outcome

On 3 March 2023, we carried out regulatory telephone call with the provider, liaised with external agencies, and reviewed information shared by the provider. During our enquiries, we found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We have served a welfare requirement notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

We found that the provider has taken appropriate steps to ensure all staff have improved their knowledge and understanding of safeguarding procedures. This includes reporting concerns to relevant agencies, and the timescales and significant matters that must be reported to Ofsted.

We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.

p.2
