Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 3 April 2023, the provider notified us of a significant injury to a child. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of significant events.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 6 April 2023, we carried out a regulatory telephone call. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We have served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out.
p.1
Summary of outcome

p.1
Summary of outcome
On 24 April 2023, we carried out an unannounced regulatory visit and found that in relation to the actions raised, the provider has taken sufficient action and was meeting the requirements. The provider has taken steps to ensure that risk assessments are robust so that all hazards and risks to children are minimised. Checks of the premises are undertaken every day. The provider plans to ensure she is prepared for activities and considers the needs of individual children attending. This has limited the amount of time children are left unattended during the day.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We are satisfied that the provider has taken appropriate action to meet the requirements. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
