Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at http://www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 30 March 2023, the provider notified us that a child had left the premises unsupervised and an internal investigation had been undertaken. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of any significant event which is likely to affect the suitability of the early years provider or any person who cares for, or is in regular contact with, children on the premises to look after children.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 20 April 2023, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found that the premises are secure and there was sufficient staff caring for the children at the time of the incident. We also found that the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. The action taken included changes to the parent collection procedures and a review of staff communication to ensure that staffing arrangements meet the needs of all children and ensure their safety. The provider will be able to give further information about this. We are satisfied with the action taken.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
