Summary of outcome
On 7 March 2023, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions dated 3 March 2023 raised at their last inspection. We found that they have improved their risk assessment processes to ensure that any potential hazards to children's safety are identified and removed swiftly. Staff deploy themselves more effectively to ensure children are safely supervised at all times. The provider has made changes to the organisation of the setting to ensure that younger children have the space they need to explore. Sleep arrangements now meet safer sleep guidelines. The provider has improved their communication with external safeguarding agencies to ensure that vulnerable children's welfare is protected. They have changed the way they record and store information to ensure documents are available for inspection. A daily record of attendance is now being kept ensuring that staff are able to
