Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 30 November 2022, we carried out an inspection and found the provider was not meeting some of these requirements.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The report and inspection outcome will be published in due course. Following the inspection we served a welfare requirements notice on 06 December 2022. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.1
Summary of outcome
On 20 December 2022, the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider had improved their knowledge and understanding of safe recruitment of staff. The provider knows what procedures they must follow to keep children safe. The provider has ensured her provision is clean and has put in place a cleaning schedule to ensure this is maintained.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We are taking steps to cancel the provider's registration. We believe the provider does not understand their roles and responsibilities to ensure children remain safe in their care. We also believe that they lack the capacity to sustain improvements to ensure children's welfare is maintained at all times. The provider has a right to object to our intention to take these steps.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We took steps to cancel the provider's registration. On 28 March 2023 the provider's registration was cancelled
