Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage . If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right. At an announced inspection on 9 December 2022, we found that this provider was not meeting some of these requirements. We found that the provider had not notified Ofsted of a new director in the company. This is a breach. We also found that the provider did not manage children's behaviour in a suitable manner; staff do not complete or implement effective risk assessments; staff do not adequately supervise children while they are eating; they do not have an effective key person system to ensure children's care is tailored to their individual needs; and there are no suitable arrangements in place for the supervision, training and support for staff. Following this inspection, we served the provider with a Welfare Requirements Notice. This

implement an effective key person system so that each child's care is tailored to meet their individual needs, they are adequately supported during their time in the club and their wellbeing is fully promoted. On 17 January 2023, we carried out a regulatory visit. The purpose of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last inspection. We found that the provider had implemented suitable behaviour management strategies to support children in understanding and following the rules. Training has been booked for staff to improve their knowledge of behaviour management. Staff supervisions had taken place, and training and development needs were identified to support staff in understanding their roles and responsibilities. Staff had made changes to the way in which meals are served. Children now remain seated while eating and are supervised closely by
