Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right. On 24 January 2023, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. On 9 February 2023, we carried out a telephone regulatory call. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We have served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. We also found that the provider had failed to notify Ofsted of a significant event. This is a legal requirement as set out in the Statutory framework for the

Summary of outcome
On 17 March 2023 we conducted an inspection. We found that the provider ensures she can meet the individual needs of children and has reduced the numbers of children in her care at any one time. The childminder has also improved her knowledge and understanding of what action she would need to take in te event of an allegation being made against her. In addition, the childminder has attended training and now has a greater understanding of how to manage children's behaviour appropriately.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
