Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 06 March 2023, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last inspection. We found that the provider had improved their knowledge and understanding of the safeguarding and welfare requirements and now fully understands their responsibilities. The provider has reviewed their recruitment process and ensured this has been followed for all staff working in the nursery. Staff induction procedures have been revisited and regular checks are now in place to ensure staff understand their safeguarding responsibilities. The provider has reviewed staff qualifications to ensure that there are suitably qualified staff available at all times. All staff working in the nursery now hold a full paediatric first-aid certificate. The record keeping systems have been reviewed and now reflect the times children are on the premises.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
