Summary of outcome
Her Majesty's Chief Inspector of Education, Children's Services and Skills is leading Ofsted's work into how regulated early years and childcare providers in England have delivered child- centred practice and care, within the context of the restrictions placed on society during the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic.
p.1
Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage . If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 25 January 2023, we carried out an inspection and found the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. The overall effectiveness of the provision was judged to be not met with enforcement. The inspection report sets out the actions the provider was required to take to meet the requirements.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 7 March 2023, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions and learning and development actions, raised at their last inspection.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We found that the provider has secure knowledge and understanding of their key roles and responsibilities and were able to demonstrate that they undertake appropriate professional development to keep themselves up to date. They were able to show that they fully understand the relevant data protection legislation and are compliant with this. They were able to demonstrate they have strong knowledge of how to safeguard children, including the procedure to follow and action to take in the event of an allegation. They were also able to demonstrate that they know how to observe children and assess their learning. They showed that they understand how to use this information to promote all children's individual needs, including those with developmental delay and ultimately, support children's progress.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare and learning and development actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
