n improve risk assessment arrangements, so that unchecked staff are clear about restrictions within their role until suitability has been assured. On 9 March 2023, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found that the provider had taken steps to meet all actions. The childminder has ensured staff she works with have improved knowledge and understanding of child protection issues and knows how to report concerns. The provider has addressed arrangements to ensure ratios are maintained at all times. Furthermore, risk assessment processes in regards to suitable people arrangements have been reviewed and is much more robust, as well as ensuring floor space available to children meets requirements at all times.
