Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the¿Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 12 January 2023, we carried out an inspection and found the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. The overall effectiveness of the provision was judged to be inadequate requiring enforcement action. We served a welfare requirement notice to comply with the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take actions within the timescales set out. The inspection report sets out the actions the provider was required to take to meet the requirements. We also suspended the provider's registration on 12 January 2023 because we believed children may be at risk of harm. Suspension allows time for the provider to take steps to reduce or eliminate the risk of harm to children.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 1 February 2023 we served a notice of intent to cancel the provider's registration.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 8 February 2022, we carried out a compliance visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last inspection. We found the provider had met some of the safeguarding and welfare actions but not others. We found that the provider had improved their knowledge and understanding of risk assessment procedures. We found that the provider had improved their understanding of the requirement to only care for a maximum of three young children, unless it can be demonstrated that their individual needs can be always met. Finally, we found the provider had reviewed their procedures for recording accurate information, including the daily attendance of children being cared for.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 9 February 2023, we lifted the suspension because the provider had taken appropriate action to deal with the matter that led to the suspension. We are satisfied that the identified risk of harm to children has been removed.
p.1

We found the provider had improved their understanding of how to appropriately manage children's behaviour. However we found the provider had not taken action to strengthen their knowledge and the teaching of the curriculum.

Summary of outcome
On 7 March 2023, we served a further welfare requirement notice to comply with the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage.
