Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

The provider also ensures that there is enough qualified staff on the premises at all times, to meet the required ratios, who effectively promote children's positive behaviour and are able to identify and manage risks, to provide a safe and hygienic environment for children. The provider has improved the key person system, however due to a number of new staff it is at the early stages of improvement. The provider now ensures that staff maintain accurate
