Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 28 February 2023, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions, raised at their last inspection.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We found that the provider had improved their safeguarding processes and developed a better understanding of making timely referrals to the relevant agencies. The provider demonstrated that they are working with the local authority and other agencies to improve the manager's understanding of the EYFS requirements. We found that the provider had provided additional training for staff. The provider is beginning to identify poorer practice and address this by offering support to relevant members of staff. The provider took steps to begin to make improvements to the key person system. They now meet staff regularly to discuss the progress each key child is making. The provider demonstrated an improved understanding of their duty under the SEND code of Practice. They have undertaken training to understand how to improve the support for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities and are beginning to implement learning from this training.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
