Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 24 October 2022, the provider notified us of information affecting her registration. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of information regarding associations.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 9 December 2022, we carried out an inspection and found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. The overall effectiveness of the provision was judged to be not met. The inspection report sets out the actions the provider was required to take to meet the requirements. Following the inspection, we served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the required action within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 9 February 2023, we carried out a regulatory visit and on 27 February 2023, we carried out further regulatory activity. The focus of the visit and activity was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last inspection. We found that the provider had improved their knowledge and understanding of child protection and now fully understands their responsibilities. They had put systems in place to make sure necessary information and records were maintained. They had adequate and appropriate fire control equipment in place. Finally, they had obtained a paediatric first-aid qualification.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
