Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage . If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right. On 1 December 2022, we received concerns that this provider was not meeting some of these requirements.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 15 December 2022 we carried out a regulatory telephone call/regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We issued actions for the provider to take.

put in place a suitable system to ensure that Ofsted are appropriately informed of information relating to those who work with children so that decisions relating to the suitability of individuals can be made in a timely manner.

p.1

Summary of outcome

We are satisfied with the action the provider has taken. The provider now has clear systems in place to ensure that Ofsted are provided with relevant information about those adults working on the premises to allow suitability checks to take place. They have improved their understanding of what information must be notified to Ofsted. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

Summary of outcome

The provider is still registered with Ofsted.

p.2

Publication of compliance action

We aim to ensure that the welfare of children and young people is protected in the services we regulate. The Childcare Act 2006 and accompanying regulations set out our responsibilities to regulate childminders and childcare providers. This includes the enforcement powers we have in relation to those registered providers who do not comply with the requirements for registration.

p.2

Publication of compliance action

We publish details of any actions we take, or the childminder or childcare provider takes to bring about compliance with requirements on our website for a period of five years.
