Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at http://www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 31 January 2023, the provider responded to the actions set. The provider has now informed Ofsted of changes to the persons aged 16 years or older living or working on the premises from which childminding is provided. This has ensured that Ofsted can carry out the necessary checks to be assured that people who have regular contact with children are suitable. In addition, the provider has revised her policies and procedures to ensure that parents are aware of who is caring for their children. The sleeping arrangements for babies and children now ensures that they are always safe and within eyesight or hearing. Through partnership working the provider now ensures that all children's care, including sleeps, is tailored to meet their individual needs. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised.
