Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage . If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 26 October 2022, we received concerns that this provider was not meeting some of these requirements.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 30 January 2023, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found that the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. The provider identified a data breach and swiftly put measures in place to address this and the resulting complaints. They implemented an action plan and changes to the information sharing procedures. However, they failed to notify Ofsted of this significant event, and this is a breach of the requirements of their registration. The provider was made aware and now recognises the circumstances when Ofsted must be notified of significant events.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
