Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. We found the provider had met some of the safeguarding and welfare actions but not others. The provider had improved the knowledge and understanding of their local safeguarding procedures, including what to do if they have child protection concerns or if an allegation was made against them. The provider had also decided to cease using their back garden for outdoor play and instead take children on walks to local parks.
