Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 10 October 2022, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last inspection as set out in the welfare requirements notice.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider and manager had taken immediate steps to evaluate strengths and weaknesses within the provision. We found that the provider had improved the overall safety standards in the premises. A successful emergency evacuation drill with staff and children had been completed and risk assessments were effective. Written lift safety and emergency procedures had been displayed in the lift for staff to follow in case of an emergency. As a result of the action taken by the provider, staff are more aware of the procedures to keep children safe. We are satisfied that the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
