Managers have clear processes to implement to ensure that they get agreement from placing authorities for the provision of any therapy, assessment and treatment in the home. Implemented fully, these systems will help to promote children’s health and welfare.
p.2
This monitoring visit
The statement of purpose has been reviewed by the manager and now includes details of the therapeutic input available. This document is now up to date and reflects the care provided at the home.
