Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 15 November 2022, we carried out an inspection and found the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. The overall effectiveness of the provision was judged to be inadequate.
p.1
Summary of outcome
Following the inspection, we served a welfare requirements notice on 28 November 2022. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions within the timescales set out. The inspection report sets out the actions the provider was required to take to meet the requirements.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 22 December 2022, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions, raised at their last inspection. We found that the provider had taken action to ensure that effective procedures and training had been put into place to support children who are falling behind. The provider had reviewed the mealtime routines to make sure that good health was being promoted for children. Furthermore, support systems had now been put into place to coach and mentor staff to help them improve the quality of education. Parents had all been made aware of who their child's key person is and processes were being implemented to establish an effective two-way-flow of communication between parents and staff to support children's development.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The next step will be a full inspection.
