Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 29 November 2022, the provider notified us of a significant event relating to suitability matters. This notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of significant events and changes.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We suspended the provider's registration on 29 November 2022 because we believed children may be at risk of harm. Suspension allows time for agencies with safeguarding responsibilities to conduct their investigations and allows time for the provider to take steps to reduce or eliminate the risk of harm to children. The provider has a right to appeal against a suspension. The provider may not provide childcare for which registration is required while the suspension is in place and may commit an offence if they do so.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 19 December 2022, we lifted the suspension because we were satisfied that the grounds for suspension no longer applied. However, we found that the provider did not have a clear understanding of incidents in which to make a notification to Ofsted, which is a requirement of their registration. We have therefore issued an action for the provider to take within the timescale set out below. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
p.1
Actions needed by 3 January 2023:
n improve knowledge and understanding of changes and significant events to notify Ofsted.
p.2
