Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the¿Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at http://www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 6 October 2022 we received concerns that the provider was not meeting some of the requirements.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 23 November 2022, we carried out an inspection and found the provider was not meeting some of these requirements.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The overall effectiveness of the provision was judged to be inadequate. The inspection report set out the actions the provider was required to take to meet the requirements. We served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We also suspended the provider's registration because we believed that children may be at risk of significant harm. The provider had the right to appeal against the suspension. The provider could not offer childcare for which the registration was required while a suspension was in place and would commit an offence if they did so.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We were unable to monitor compliance with the notice as the provider resigned their registration. The provider is no longer registered with Ofsted.
p.1
Publication of complaints
We publish details of complaints made against childminders, home childcarers and childcare providers where we or the provider have taken action in order to meet legal requirements.
