Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework-- 2. If we find that provider is not meeting requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On the 22 November 2022 the provider notified us of a significant event. This notification means the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted. Additionally, on the 14 of December 2022, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. On the 13 and 16 of December 2022 we carried out regulatory telephone calls. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
This includes reviewing and addressing arrangements for reporting allegation concerns to agencies with statutory responsibilities and to ensure risk assessment is effective in these matters. The provider has implemented a management development plan to ensure staff that require additional support, receive this to help them understand their roles and responsibilities to meet the needs of children. Furthermore, parent partnership arrangements have been reviewed to ensure this is more effective. Information and records have been reviewed to ensure clear and coherent information is ready to be shared at the request of an inspector to demonstrate the efficient and safe running of the setting. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
