Summary of outcome

On 10 November 2022, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last inspection. During the visit, we found the provider had met some of the safeguarding and welfare actions but not others. For example, the provider improved their safeguarding knowledge and is revising their safeguarding policy in line with the LSP requirements. Although, the provider has not read the government healthy menu guidance yet, she is more considered about what children have for lunch. The provider now knows and understands the safety guidance in relation to safe sleeping practices for children and takes this into account. The provider updated her ICO registration and keeps accurate daily records of children's attendance. The provider has also improved her knowledge of what must be notified to Ofsted.
