This provision meets requirements

n The childminder has taken steps to address the weaknesses identified at her last inspection. For example, she has improved her knowledge and understanding of the significant events to notify Ofsted of, such as any changes to her health, and the timescales to do this. This helps to ensure that she now complies with legal requirements. n The childminder explains the activities that she would provide for children of different ages and abilities. She talks about how she would use children's interests and experiences to plan activities that they enjoy and engage with. The childminder discusses how she would use local resources, such as visits to the library, to build on and extend children's learning and development. n The childminder talks about how she would support children's positive behaviour. She explains how she would encourage children to learn about, and respect, different cultures and communities. The childminder discusses how she

She explains how she would involve parents in her assessment of children's learning. The childminder understands where to seek advice and support if children do not progress in their learning as expected. n The childminder understands the importance of fresh air and exercise for children, daily. She describes how she would use local parks to help develop children's physical skills and promote good health. p.2

This provision meets requirements

There were no children in the early years age range present when this inspection took place. The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with those who care for the children and an inspection of the premises, equipment and relevant documentation. Where there are no early years children present, no judgement is made on the quality of the early years provision as there is no reliable evidence on which to assess its impact on children. The report states whether the provider continues to meet the requirements of registration.
