Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Following the inspection we served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that required the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out.

Summary of outcome
We suspended the providers registration on 5 October 2022, because we believed children may be at risk of harm. The provider had a right of appeal against the suspension. The provider may not provide childcare for which registration is required while a suspension is in place and may commit an offence if they do so.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 11 November 2022, we carried out a regulatory visit. At this visit we found that the provider had met some of the safeguarding and welfare actions but not others. The provider had ensured that all persons aged 16 years and over are known to Ofsted, in order for their suitability to be determined. She had repaired the damaged toilet door to ensure children are provided with privacy while using the toilet. She had removed the used nappies and will ensure that they are disposed of correctly in future. However, the provider had not improved risk assessment procedures. She had not improved her understanding of the possible signs and indicators of abuse and was unaware of the local safeguarding partnership referral procedure.
p.1
Summary of outcome
Additionally, during the regulatory visit on 11 November 2022, we identified a new area of concern. This means the provider was not meeting other requirements as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage.

The provider has completed child protection training and now understands the possible signs and symptoms of abuse and the local safeguarding partnership referral procedure. She has also purchased a first-aid box with appropriate contents.

Summary of outcome
We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised.
p.2
