All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 2nd December 2022, we carried out a welfare requirements notice monitoring visit. We found that the provider had met the actions due by the 30th November 2022. The provider has ensured that all reasonable checks have been undertaken to ensure hygiene requirements are met. This has included ensuring there are suitable hygienic changing facilities for children who are in nappies. The provider has put in place effective risk assessments, including for outdoor play, to ensure children are safeguarding from risks. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
